We’re committed to making your Felycia Designs experience smooth from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, accept payments, and handle returns.

📦 Shipping Options

International & Local Shipping

We proudly ship both within the U.S. and internationally. International delivery times and options vary depending on the destination.

Supported Shipping Zones

• U.S. Domestic: All 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
• International: Select countries (please contact us if you’re unsure whether we ship to your country)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Local delivery (Greenville area) or pick-up may be available upon request
• Additional fees may apply for rush or oversized orders

⏱ Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
• Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time—details will be noted in the product description
• Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Damages

All sales are final due to the handmade and customized nature of our products. However, we want you to love your purchase!

We offer limited support for:

• Damaged items: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos
• Incorrect orders: Let us know immediately so we can make it right
• Lost packages: If tracking shows it’s missing, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

• Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

Payment Requirements

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase
• Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received
• For custom orders or events, payment in full is required to reserve your spot or begin production
