All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and custom nature of my jewelry and accessories, all sales are final. Each item is crafted individually, which means slight variations are natural and part of what makes your piece unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and a brief explanation. I’ll gladly review your situation and work with you to make it right.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If you’re unable to resolve it, reach out to me and I’ll do what I can to assist in filing a claim.
